Our Members

The majority of AELP's 600+ members are independent private, not-for-profit and voluntary sector training and employment services organisations. Over 70% of the Work Programme prime contractors are AELP members with many other members delivering the programme as sub-contractors. AELP providers currently engage with almost 300,000 employers across the country and last year they helped 117,240 learners complete an apprenticeship.

Membership is open to any provider committed to quality provision and it includes over 50 FE colleges involved in work based learning. 70% plus of apprenticeships in England are delivered by AELP members.

Full AELP Membership

Full membership is primarily for all provider organisations including FE colleges delivering government funded skills and or employment provision in England. Your membership rate is based on the average number client/learner on a funded programme(e.g. skills provision or work programme)

Associate Membership

Associate membership is primarily for all organisations including sector employer institutions not delivering government funded provision in England; however are involved in the skills and employment sector, whether directly or indirectly.
