As one of the key elements of this conference, the exhibition opens up a world of information gathering and networking opportunities and we anticipate an audience of 500+ each day at this year's conference from; SFA and EFA funded providers, third sector providers, national stakeholder organisations, regional/local provider networks, FE colleges, DWP funded providers, employers, and County Councils/Local Authorities.

The Exhibition and Catering area will be located in the Chablis Suite at the Novotel London West which is positioned adjacent to the Conference Registration area.

The 'eTouches eScan' system utilises scanners to capture potential lead information. AELP will print a barcode on each attendee's badge but please note a delegate's permission MUST be obtained before a badge is scanned by an exhibitor. However, we recommend all exhibitors offer a 'prize draw' to delegates in order to encourage them to be scanned.

  • Dedicated exhibition ONLY time on both mornings of the conference
  • Shell scheme exhibition area consisting of individual 'booths' in white only and featuring your organisation's┬áname on a header panel. Header panel is also white with black text. Total header text allowable is 40┬ácharacters including spaces.
  • Choice of exhibitor booth size/cost - 4m x 2.5m or 3m x 2.5m
  • Booth options e.g. 'closed' or 'corner' - open on two sides (subject to availability)
  • Use of the 'eTouches eScan' system (scanner and software) to track leads generated at the conference
