The AELP National Conference 2016 has been organised by the AELP Events Team.
Payment
All bookings and payments will be processed online and all costs are subject to VAT.
Venue
This Conference is being held at the Novotel London West, London. Further information on the venue and location for this conference can be found on the venue page including the hotel's postal address, travel information and contact telephone number.
Accommodation
Accommodation costs and details can be found on the accommodation page on this site.
Confirmation
Confirmation of bookings will be sent to the delegate (s) upon completion of the online registration form and payment on this site.
If you have not received confirmation of your registration from AELP within 2 days of making your booking, please contact the AELP Events Team on 0117 947 2097 or via email at nationalconference@aelp.org.uk
Cancellations
Cancellations made prior to 5.00pm on Monday, 6 June 2016 are fully refundable.
Cancellations made between the period Tuesday, 7 June 2016 up to and including 5.00pm on Monday, 13 June 2016 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total cost of the booking including delegate fees, accommodation and the Gala Dinner.
For any cancellations made after this date, the full invoice amount will be payable. However, there is no charge for substitutions which will be accepted up until 5.00pm on Friday, 24 June 2016.
Exhibition and Sponsorship Packages
Once confirmed, all exhibition and sponsorship bookings are non refundable under any circumstances.
Payments
All payments must be received immediately on receipt of booking.
Substitutions
Substitution of delegate place(s) is acceptable but will only be accepted up until 5.00pm on Friday, 24 June 2016. Please contact the AELP Events Team via email to arrange at nationalconference@aelp.org.uk
Programme/Agenda
AELP reserves the right to change the programme/agenda, content, speakers, workshops and venue as necessary or cancel the conference. If the conference is cancelled, AELP will endeavour to contact all delegates at the earliest opportunity to advise. Please ensure you provide your mobile number as part of your booking journey.
